Season is working as the coordinator of the Lincoln Municipal Band and Nebraska Trumpet Ensemble and is the Research and Development coordinator. They are the Instructor of Woodwinds at Hastings College and holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Master of Music from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and Bachelor of Music from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in clarinet performance.
